SOL staking rewards calculator
Enter how much SOL you stake, the annual rate and the validator's commission to estimate rewards over time. Rates change and are not guaranteed, and the SOL price can move far more than you earn. Everything runs in your browser.
How staking in Phantom works
With native staking you delegate SOL to a validator; it stays in your wallet's stake account and you can unstake at any time, but it becomes available only after the current epoch ends (about two to three days). Liquid staking gives you a token that represents staked SOL and can be swapped back instead of waiting. Both are explained in how to stake SOL in Phantom.
The default rate here is an example, not a promise. Check the rate Phantom shows for the validator you choose.
Frequently asked questions
Does Phantom take a cut of staking rewards?
With native staking you pay the validator's commission, which Phantom shows when you choose a validator. See our staking guide for current details.
Can I lose staked SOL?
Your SOL stays in a stake account you control. The main risks are the SOL price falling and, with liquid staking tokens, the risks of the token and protocol.
How often are rewards paid?
Once per epoch, roughly every two to three days, and they compound automatically in native stake accounts.
